Before starting the process of delivering a car from abroad, you need to double-check that the carrier you have chosen has the necessary experience to safely and reliably process your order within the country you buy the car from and deliver it to its destination.

When sending your car, there must be appropriate guarantees from the company that it will be delivered by – the most professional way and the most reliable service is what you need after all.

Regardless of the size of the vehicle that you want to ship, experienced specialists of CREDO TRANS will find the best solutions and provide a full delivery cycle as safely as possible with full responsibility for the safety of your cargo.

Choosing the Type of Container

One of the most popular customer requests is: how many cars can a container fit? Depending on your transportation needs, you can ship your car inside a 20 ‘or 40 and 45’ container. If you intend to ship multiple vehicles and other items, such as additional equipment and personal items, we recommend that you ship in containers only. Your cargo will be safely loaded and secured. It will also be cost-effective to ship multiple vehicles together in one container rather than shipping each vehicle separately. You can fit 1 to 2 standard vehicles in a 20-foot container, depending on the size. You can place 3-5 cars in a 40 and 45-foot container, depending on the size of the cars. As always, a team of professionals, who have experience in loading different types of containers safely and efficiently, always using all the space rationally is important here. If you need more information about this service, please contact us and CREDO TRANS specialists will provide all the necessary information. In general, the following rule works during transportation: the more cars you put into a container using special racks, the lower the shipping cost will be.

Advantages of Container Shipping for Cars

Various designs of folding shelving systems made of high-strength and corrosion-resistant steel ensure safe and efficient shipping of vehicles in containers around the world. This  has a number of significant advantages:

  1. Once the vehicle is securely placed in its container, it no longer needs to be moved until it reaches its final destination.
  2. The container can be easily reloaded from train to warehouse, from warehouse to truck, from truck to ship, and so on.
  3. Containers can be used to transport cargo both over short distances and internationally, i.e., over the longest distances.
  4. Different types of vehicles may be transported at once
  5. This is the safest way to move cars since almost zero probability of theft of the transported cargo is achieved. The container guarantees complete isolation from external damage and environmental factors to your goods.

One of the main services of CREDO TRANS is creation of an individual loading plan in order to maximize the number of vehicles that you can load into a container with the least number of containers required. You can send us a model of the car or a list of various vehicles you need to be shipped to e-mail info@credotrans.ru and in a short time, you will receive a qualified answer of the most cost-efficient and functionally advantageous solution, regardless of which countries you need transportation between.

Key Rules for Transporting a Car in Containers

Motor vehicles that are transported in containers must strictly meet the following requirements:

  1. Be clean on the outside.
  2. The battery is disconnected.
  3. Empty fuel tank.
  4. All connections should be sealed.
  5. Adjust the tire pressure so that the contact area with the floor is at least 150 mm2.
  6. Make sure there are no oil and brake fluid leaks.
  7. Remove antennas and spoilers, disable the anti-theft system.
  8. If the gearbox is mechanical, after placing the car in the container, enable the handbrake. If automatic – into parking mode.
  9. Secure the car with ropes, place chocks under the wheels.
  10. The container has to be closed and sealed.
  11. The number of the seal must be prescribed in the accompanying documents.
  12. Also, when transporting a car by sea, experts advise pouring antifreeze liquid into the car engine. This will help keep the engine from freezing in difficult weather conditions.

It will be as simple as Occidental; in fact, it will be Occidental. To an English person, it will seem like simplified English, as a skeptical Cambridge friend of mine told me what Occidental is. Everyone realizes why a new common language would be desirable: one could refuse to pay expensive translators.

BMW driver Marco Wittmann scored his first DTM victory in two years by winning Sunday’s race in Solder.

The two-time German Touring Car Series champion started from the pole and retained the lead in the first corner, as he did on the restart a few laps after the safety car due to Vincent Abril’s departure. In fact, for the entire race, Wittmann’s lead position was only threatened as the wave of pit stops progressed. The German stopped two laps ahead of his main pursuer Lucas Auer, but the “trim” from the Austrian did not work. Wittman got back in front, fended off the attack and soon pulled away by more than a second.

Auer was subsequently given a five-second penalty for speeding in the pit lane, so he dropped out of the race not only for the win, but also for the podium. Deprived of his only real competitor, Wittman had no trouble bringing the race to a winning finish and won for the first time since Brands Hatch 2019.

Auer crossed the finish line second, but moved up to fifth place due to penalties. Maximilian Goetz came in second that way, with Liam Lawson moving up to third.

Former F1 driver Alex Albon, who finished third on Saturday, finished sixth.

The racer team Dale Coyne Racing in the IndyCar series Romain Grozhan can sign a contract with a famous team Andretti Autosport.

After a long career in Formula 1, Romain moved to the ocean and managed to establish himself, already in his third race on the road version of Indianapolis, winning the pole and climbing to the podium.

Andretti Autosport puts four cars on a full schedule for the 2021 season, piloted by Alexander Rossi, Ryan Hunter-Reay, James Hinchcliffe and Colton Herta. In the event of a move to Andretti, Grosjean will replace 2012 champion Hunter-Reay, who has not won since Sonoma 2018. According to British Autosport, a large transport company DHL, Andretti’s longtime partner in the series, is interested in the deal.

“I think Romain is happy with us, although I understand that many other teams are interested in him,” said team owner Dale Coyne. – Andretti has a good team, and we understand if the pilot has a desire to be there, but I still hope that we will continue to work together for next year. Romain has a great rapport with the race engineer and a good relationship with everyone in the team.”

Aston Martin can make another appeal against the disqualification of Vettel https://www.800autotalk.com/aston-martin-can-make-another-appeal-against-the-disqualification-of-vettel/ Mon, 10 Aug 2020 21:01:16 +0000 http://themes.ad-theme.com/wp/flownews_demos/cars/?p=2866 The Big Oxmox advised her not to do so, because there were thousands of bad Commas, wild Question Marks and devious Semikoli, but the Little Blind Text didn’t listen. She packed her seven versalia, put her initial into the belt and made herself on the way. When she reached the first hills of the Italic Mountains, she had a last view back on the skyline of her hometown Bookmarksgrove, the headline of Alphabet Village and the subline of her own road.

Team Aston Martin remained dissatisfied with the decision of the FIA, which did not accept its new arguments in the situation with the disqualification of Sebastian Vettel in the Hungarian Grand Prix. An official statement said another appeal was possible.

“The appeal for reconsideration is rejected on the grounds that the new facts are not relevant compared to the demand for 1 liter of fuel. The team is considering filing an appeal,” Aston Martin said in a statement.

The team cited fuel pump problems as evidence of its innocence, but the FIA said the malfunction could not be an excuse for not having a fuel sample to test.
